The Management Information Systems (MIS) Lead will have the following primary roles;
Perform periodical data gathering, analysis, and reporting utilizing various data sources. The production of time sensitive periodical reports will provide actionable data that will assist producing management reports for the senior management.

  • Analyse and consolidate data to produce periodical reporting utilizing various data sources and interaction with various lines of business and Operations area.
  • Assist the Operations business units to identify possible solutions to the issues/problems identified.
  • Partner with business/process owners to determine and refine reporting and analysis requirements
  • Develop, test and implement daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports that enable data driven business decisions.
  • Partner with various Database / Management Information Systems (MIS) analysts to test and implement new data sources and repositories.
The position will have a career growth of driving the Management Reporting Center of Excellence reporting to the Sr. Manager-Finance locally and to the Head-Information Strategy, Boston.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work on strategic projects to drive the operations business forward
  • Communicate and present analytical findings to the global senior management
  • Identify data necessary to support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Analyse large pools of data to discover trends, patterns, correlations that will assist Management in making better business decisions
  • Create and design reports for the management team and business unit level Operation Managers
  • Engage with metric owners from each business unit to identify key causes behind data trends/ irregulartites
  • Provide actionable data to the Senior Management to enable them to make proactive business decisions and/or react quickly to changes in the business environment
  • Identify process improvements to streamline date collection and report creation

  • Graduate in Bachelor's degree/ MBA (preferably in Business Management,finance)
  • Minimum 3 -4 years work MIS experience in business/finance, research & analysis of data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and departments
  • Strong organizational skills in a Shared Services team that support multiple lines of business in a time sensitive global environment
  • Strong listening, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong to Expert level of knowledge in Microsoft Office suite(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Project)
  • Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation
  • Exposure to troubleshooting and debugging software
  • Experience with data mining/gathering and manipulation from database applications utilizing Business Objects
